Thought I would give you a quick and easy Valentine's Day Centerpiece. It only takes skewers, a cheese shaker and various scrapbook paper or valentine-ish paper.

Cut hearts out of any paper you want to use. Scrapbook weight or card stock works best. Do a decorative edge and stitch together leaving a small opening at the bottom to insert the skewer. Wrap the cheese shaker with appropriate paper and embellish with a ribbon. You don't need to fill all the holes, but certainly most of them. A dozen hearts make a really pretty centerpiece.

LOVE it! I may do this, but I will have to make the sticks shorter... you would not believe the things my 3 boys turn into weapons! ;)
